169N NSW CPD- Sales [ F2Fclassroom] - Supervision Guidelines + Privacy, Cyber, Fraud and Data + Changes to Legislation and Regulations-Sales NSW 2023-2024 [4 hours - Class 1 and 2]

These compulsory topics cover:
1. An overview of an employee and supervisor’s obligations under the Property and Stock Agents Act 2002 and Property and Stock Agents Regulation 2022
2. Involves understanding best practice cyber security and ways to identify and reduce the risk of fraudulent activity.
3. Relevant changes to the regulations and legislation that have occurred in the last 12 months, or will occur in during the CPD year, that would impact this licence category in conducting their duties as a Salesperson.
