This unit looks at dispute resolution process for strata disputes and involves understanding the capacity of the Strata Scheme to establish its own internal dispute resolution process. It also includes understanding the strata mediation process as well as how to prepare for and present at the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT).
